Outline

ADAC is a data specification platform which enables the efficient capture and storage of civil infrastructure asset data. It is open source and adopted widely by councils and utilities across Australia. It offers a way to automate the transfer of local government asset data from the field into council corporate systems, ensuring the asset management databases, GIS and finance registers are populated with data of integrity.

IPWEA-QNT has officially released ADAC Version 6.00, marking a significant update to the ADAC framework. This latest version introduces enhancements aimed at improving data accuracy, integration, and compliance for civil infrastructure asset management.

Content

This webinar will cover the history and strategic directions of ADAC, the current structure of the ADAC consortium, and the possibilities it offers local government and utilities for the future.

It will also provide an overview of the latest ADAC Version 6.00 release, including updated schema files, data dictionary, implementation guidelines, and sample XML files.
