Successful presenters who submit an accompanying paper are eligible for the prestigious Geoff Wilmoth Best Paper Award.

Claim up to 45 CPD hours for the preparation and presentation of papers at the Conference.

IPWEA-QNT Knowledge Centre
Your contributions become part of the official Annual Conference Proceedings, preserved in the IPWEA-QNT Knowledge Centre as an ongoing resource for the sector.
Submission Guidelines
Please review the following requirements before submitting your abstract:
  • Each submission can include up to five authors, with a maximum of two presenting authors
  • Abstracts are not automatically accepted — all submissions will be reviewed on merit and in the context of the overall program
  • Presentations must be non-commercial in nature — sales-focused content will not be accepted
  • If successful, presenters must submit an accompanying paper to be eligible for the Geoff Wilmoth Best Paper Award
  • By submitting, you consent to your Paper, PowerPoint and any session recordings being published in the IPWEA-QNT Knowledge Centre as part of the Annual Conference Proceedings
  • Abstract submissions close on Tuesday, 30 June 2026
