The second session of WPWLP addressed the issues and challenges in male dominated environments and organisations with poor culture. Suzanne Brown, Senior Engineer, Bundaberg Regional Council discussed the earlier years of her career when she was most often the only female engineer on work crews and on sites.
Jane Zeng, Distribution Design Manager South East at Energy Queensland provided activities, references and guidance on conflict management for our participants.

The WPWLP offers 1:1 career advice, 50 complimentary CPD hours (technical and non-technical), complimentary registration to a regional Branch conference and complimentary registration to the Annual Conference, Brisbane, 11-13 October 2022. Participants also have access to a Community in our Knowledge Centre which includes articles, reference materials, tools, resources and support.
