Our head office at Eagle Farm, has a series of beautifully curated spaces for work and hosting, complete with onsite and offsite parking, catering options and the latest technologies.

The facility’s co-working spaces and boardrooms are available for daily, casual, and long-term bookings.

Holmes Training Room 

32 pax (classroom layout)
$550+ GST per day

The largest of the training rooms, Holmes can seat up to 32 delegates classroom style. In addition to the state of the art AV in all three spaces, Holmes includes cameras and microphones (from the ceiling) for an online webinar or interactive meeting to keep even your most remote attendee informed. Padded conference chairs and zoned air conditioning makes Holmes the perfect space to ensure your delegates are comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. A flip chart, whiteboard and lectern are included in the room hire together with tea, coffee, water and mints.

Haussmann Training Room 

24 pax (classroom layout)
$500+ GST per day

Haussmann is the middle of the three training rooms and can seat up to 24 people classroom style. With an integrated plug and play AV, a flip chart and whiteboard, the room lends itself to host meetings and training of all types. This space can open up to either Stringfellow or Holmes or to both to create a generous for larger meetings or events, for example product launches. Collapsible acoustic walls on either side provide soundproofing and comfort. A flip chart, whiteboard and lectern are included in the room hire together with tea, coffee, water and mints.

Stringfellow Training Room 

24 pax (classroom layout)
$500 +GST per day 

With the capacity to seat up to 24 guests classroom style, Stringfellow is the perfect room for your next training or workshop. This space includes integrated AV with plug and play technology to make your presentations flow seamlessly. Stringfellow boasts lots of natural light and can be extended into Haussmann next door for larger groups or join all three training rooms into a space for 100+ delegates for training or your next product launch. A flip chart and whiteboard are included together with tea, coffee, water and mints.

Abbiss Board Room 

14 pax (13 facing TV screen)
$420 +GST per day 

Our premier Boardroom Abbiss, has AV is integrated into the boardroom table including power and USB outlets. An 86" smart TV offers connectivity for delegates attending online including an inbuild camera. All windows have block out blinds. A wall-mounted whiteboard is included in the room hire as well as tea, coffee & mints.  Abbiss can host up to 14 delegates around this large (black) Boardroom table. 

Moore Board Room 

10 pax (9 facing TV screen)
$380 +GST per day 

With an abundance of natural light and surrounded by trees, Moore offers an ideal environment for your next meeting.  All windows have blockout blinds for presentations to come to life on the 75" smart TV.  An in-built camera for live conference meetings and interactions is just a part of the innovative audio-visual included in the room. Moore can host up to 10 people boardroom style and comes with a wall-mounted whiteboard, zoned air conditioning and room amenities for all delegates.

Reilly Meeting Room 

8 pax
$280 +GST per day 

This spacious meeting room can seat 8 around the Boardroom table with additional chairs added for observers.  Just outside Reilly, our 8-seat workstation offers power and USB outlets.  Equipment includes a 55" wall-mounted smart TV and wall-mounted whiteboard plus flipchart. 

Killmister Meeting Room 

4-6 pax
$200 +GST per day 

This smaller meeting room seats 4-6 people with a wall-mounted 50" smart TV, plus wall mounted whiteboard, meets the needs of a break-out room or for your next executive meeting for round-table discussions.
