IPWEA-QNT congratulates Minister Meaghan Scanlon on expanded portfolio


The Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia, Queensland Northern Territory (IPWEA-QNT) congratulates Minister Meaghan Scanlon MP on her new, expanded portfolio of Housing, Local Government and Planning and Public Works.

IPWEA-QNT Chief Executive Officer, Brett Wright welcomed the announcement saying,

“Bringing Public Works, Local Government and Planning together with Housing in the one portfolio is a positive step for Queensland. We look forward to working with Minister Scanlon in the future to identify and implement initiatives to support public works professionals who deliver and maintain the essential infrastructure and services for Queensland communities.”
